The Bayou Teche Museum is pleased to announce receipt of a $25,000 grant from The Institute of Museum and Library Services.

The Shadows-on-the-Teche Plein Air Painting Competition will take place March 9-16, 2024. Visitors are invited to travel around the seven-parish area and watch artists paint en plein air. You'll even have the chance to own a piece of the week's creations at the 10th annual Awards Reception and Fine Art Sale, which will be on Friday, March 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Shadows Visitor Center (320 E. Main Street, New Iberia).
