Stacey Dempsey of The Frosted Apron celebrates our Sugarcane Industry with a step-by-step cake decorating class. You'll use marshmallow fondant and buttercream icing to create your "tractor in the cane field" inspired design and take home this 8" single-layer cake. Decorate your own or make it a shared experience. Due to space limitations, a max of two seats per cake. Kids are welcome with adult supervision. The first Friday of each month will feature local Cajun music while remaining Fridays will feature a variety of singers, songwriters as well as local legends. Pie Bar will offer a 10% discount on all menu items, every Monday, to all residents of New Iberia. Residents will simply show their drivers license (or other ID) to receive 10% off their food and drink order. Happy Hour is from 3:14-5pm with beer or a glass of wine at 1/2 price.
