Pie Bar will offer a 10% discount on all menu items, every Monday, to all residents of New Iberia. Residents will simply show their drivers license (or other ID) to receive 10% off their food and drink order. Happy Hour is from 3:14-5pm with beer or a glass of wine at 1/2 price.

A 10 mile race for kayaks, canoes, pirogues, and SUPs from Jeanerette to Charenton through the parishes of Iberia and St. Mary. The race begins in Jeanerette City Park and ends on the Chitimacha Reservation. Many classes of paddlecraft, everyone is welcome. Registration includes a lunch, snacks and a drink after the race, as well as a Tour du Teche T-Shirt. Registration and check-in opens at 7:30 a.m., shuttle meets at start at 8 a.m., race start at 9:30 a.m.
