Spring 2025 in Iberia Parish is bringing lots of new and returning arts and craft fairs so we’ve gathered them in a quick and easy list for you! For more information click the event title to see their listings and visit our web calendar for the full list of Iberia Parish events.
- Shadows Arts & Craft Fair – March 8 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) (Event Cancelled due to weather)
This year’s fair welcomes talented artists and craftsmen from across Louisiana, including the renowned L’Acadian Art Guild. Visitors will find a treasure trove of unique, handmade items perfect for every style and occasion, whether shopping for gifts, sprucing up homes, or treating yourself.
- Super Saturday Downtown Shopping – March 15 (10 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
This downtown shopping event takes place every 3rd Saturday of the month. The event includes vendors setup along East and West Main Street in front of downtown businesses.
- Festival of Live Oaks – March 22 (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) (Moved to March 22 due to weather)
Come celebrate spring at New Iberia City Park with fun, family-friendly activities, including a barbecue cookoff, Easter egg hunt, live music, pony rides, children activities, crafts, sweet booths and more.
- New Iberia Spring Craft & Health Fair – March 22 (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) (Moved to March 22 due to weather)
The New Iberia Vendor and Craft event will be held in conjunction with the Festival of Live Oaks in City Park. This event supports the recreation department. There will be a barbecue cook-off and activities for kids along with many home business, arts and crafts booths as well as sweets and treats.
- Trash to Treasure Sale – March 15 (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
Household and craft vendors will come together for the Loreauville community Trash to Treasure sale. Refreshments will also be sold.
- Spring Shopping on da Bayou – March (8 a.m. – 3 p.m.)
The annual fun filled family day downtown in Bouligny Plaza will offer very creative one of a kind crafts, pictures with the Easter Bunny, delicious food, tasty treats, live music, and face painting for the kids.
- New Iberia Spanish Festival – April 11 – 13 (Fri.: 5 – 10 p.m.; Sat. 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.; Sun. 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
Although the craft fair is a small portion of the overall Spanish Festival it is not to be missed! The fair will be ongoing during the festival which celebrates the founding of New Iberia by the Spanish. Other events include a “Running of the Bulls” dog-friendly 5K/1mile fun run, parade, paella/tapas/jambalaya cook-off, Spanish dessert bake-off, Spanish re-enactment, Spanish family genealogy displays, live Spanish, Cajun and Zydeco music, children’s tent and more.
