The 5th annual Holiday Shopping on Da Bayou will be held at Bouligny Plaza (102 W. Main St.) on Sat., Nov. 15, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The shopping extravaganza is a festive marketplace event that brings together local artisans, small businesses, and specialty vendors to showcase unique holiday gifts, crafts, and seasonal treats. Attendees can shop a wide variety of handmade goods, boutique items, décor, and gourmet products while enjoying the spirit of the season.
The event features live entertainment by Audio Remedy on the big stage, Santa pictures under the gazebo, build-a-friend, face painting, 11 food and beverage trucks and lots of opportunities to support community businesses. The event offers free parking along with its free entrance fee.
“It is perfect for holiday shopping,” said Karen Trahan, event coordinator. “It offers a one-stop destination to find thoughtful presents, stocking stuffers, and enjoy a cheerful, family-friendly atmosphere on cool crisp fall day!”
