A & E Gallery/Paul Schexnayder Studio (335 West St Peter St., New Iberia) will host a reception showcasing the work of artist Maebeth on Thurs., Jan. 22, from 5 to 7 p.m.
This event is part of the gallery’s celebrated Fresh Faces art series, dedicated to introducing new and innovative artists to the community.
Guests will enjoy an evening of art, conversation, and creativity while sampling complimentary food and drinks. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Maebeth and connect with nine other talented gallery artists.
Maebeth’s paints in a neo-expressionist, primitive style that makes her contemporary paintings and prints bright, expressive and colorful.
Regular gallery hours are Wednesday – Fridays: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
