Books & Boudin

Author/Illustrator Paul Schexnayder will be signing his newest book, The Adventures of Boudin Boy. The early reader book follows Boudin Boy on his wild adventures throughout Louisiana. Guests can make a free craft and get a free boudin ball with each purchase of a book. All of Schexnayder eight books will also be available.  

Distillerie Acadian Tour & Tasting

Tour the family-owned distillery and sample Louisiana’s 1st Bourbon—plus handcrafted Vodka, Gin, and Single Malt Whiskey. Tours will be every hour from 10 a.m. with the last tour at 5 p.m.  Space is limited to 10 persons per hour and pre-registration is recommended.  

Canoe & Kayak Race

A 9 mile canoe and kayak event for all paddling levels with Tour du Teche from Loreauville to New Iberia. Registration is open from 7:30 a.m. to race start. Shuttles available.  

Da’s Table at The Main Cup

Twilight on the TECHE

The TECHE Project is hosting its annual members’ party with a tiki twist. There will be Louisiana seafood, tiki drinks, music, dancing and a boat cruise on the bayou. TECHE Project members – free: New members can join at the door for $25.  

St. Jude Chili Cookoff

Come to the St. Jude Fundraiser Chili Cook-off where teams will participate, as well as a live auction, entertainment and more. Auction and live music on Friday night, chili serving starts at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Event times: Friday 5 – 10:30 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.
