Dec. 3, 2025 – Jan. 3, 2026. Self – guided exhibit depicting life in the Attakapas District in 1779 explaining the arrival of the five cultural groups in the area along the Bayou Teche. These groups rallied to the call of Bernardo de Galvez to fight the British in battles of the American Revolution along the Mississippi River and Gulf Coast. Sponsored by The New Iberia Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Exhibit open during library hours.
