Canoe & Kayak Race

A 9 mile canoe and kayak event for all paddling levels with Tour du Teche from Loreauville to New Iberia. Registration is open from 7:30 a.m. to race start. Shuttles available.
Ranch Sorting

Ranch Sorting is an event that pits a team of two riders on horseback against the clock. Teamwork is the key with both riders working in harmony to cut out the correct cattle and drive them to the pen while keeping the wrong numbered cattle back. Friday: 6:30 p.m.; Saturday: 9:30 a.m.
GLC Farmers Market

Local farmers selling produce, plants, honey, homemade pies or any item made/produced locally. Grass-fed beef, pork and lamb are also available at the meat market during this time. The market also keeps produce in the GLC Farm Store during the week.
