Marcelle Bienvenu, celebrated chef, will conduct a Cajun cooking demo. Following Prose and Pours, guests will experience a delicious dinner prepared by beloved chef, Alex Patout, while listening to the sounds of the Bunk Johnson Brazz Band along the banks of the Bayou Teche.
