"Table Beausoleil" in honor of Beausoleil Broussard and the first Acadian settlers will meet every Tuesday morning to speak French.

Local farmers selling produce, plants, honey, homemade pies or any item made/produced locally. Grass-fed beef, pork and lamb are also available at the meat market during this time. The market also keeps produce in the GLC Farm Store during the week.

Every Thursday. Celebrate our Cajun culture and improve your French speaking skills regardless of your level of French. Additionally, enjoy conversations with francophones and francophiles who visit New Iberia from all over the world as well as students in the French Immersion setting at North Lewis Elementary. Vive le francais!

The market is held every Saturday morning from 7 - 12 p.m. and Tuesday afternoon from 2 - 6 p.m.

Crochet veteran, Colleen Hasselbach leads the five-week workshop. Learn the basics of crochet and at the end of the series, you'll be able to read a pattern, start other projects and have completed your own winter scarf. Candy Bar Bingo every 4th Thursday of the month. Bring non-perishable food items which benefit Loreauville’s Our Lady of Victory Food Pantry. “Buy in” for bingo is 5-regular sized candy bars per 5-game pack. Kid friendly, but reservations accepted and encouraged. See their Facebook page for more information.

The first Friday of each month will feature local Cajun music while remaining Fridays will feature a variety of singers, songwriters as well as local legends. Pie Bar will offer a 10% discount on all menu items, every Monday, to all residents of New Iberia. Residents will simply show their drivers license (or other ID) to receive 10% off their food and drink order. Happy Hour is from 3-5pm with beer or a glass of wine at 1/2 price.
