Every Thursday. Celebrate our Cajun culture and improve your French speaking skills regardless of your level of French. Additionally, enjoy conversations with francophones and francophiles who visit New Iberia from all over the world as well as students in the French Immersion setting at North Lewis Elementary. Vive le francais!

The first Friday of each month will feature local Cajun music while remaining Fridays will feature a variety of singers, songwriters as well as local legends. Pie Bar will offer a 10% discount on all menu items, every Monday, to all residents of New Iberia. Residents will simply show their drivers license (or other ID) to receive 10% off their food and drink order. Happy Hour is from 3-5pm with beer or a glass of wine at 1/2 price.

Experience a harvest of delicious homegrown produce and home-made products by area farmers, artists and crafters. Also included are hand-made cypress yard objects, home-made bread and fresh baked goods, ceramics, honey, jellies, jams, herbs, candies, handcrafted wooden bowls and utensils, birdhouses, garden benches and much more. The market is held every Saturday morning from 7 - 12 p.m. and Tuesday afternoon from 2 - 6 p.m.

Mardi Gras dance with costume judging at 10 p.m. Kids allowed at the Feb. 28 and March 2 dances.

"Table Beausoleil" in honor of Beausoleil Broussard and the first Acadian settlers will meet every Tuesday morning to speak French.

Local farmers selling produce, plants, honey, homemade pies or any item made/produced locally. Grass-fed beef, pork and lamb are also available at the meat market during this time. The market also keeps produce in the GLC Farm Store during the week.

Play for a cause at 10-game bingo night, benefiting non-profits and charities. It is $20 to play and reservations are accepted and encouraged. Each game will be a different charity partner to "split the jackpot" on winnings.

March 8-15, 2025. Annual week-long juried Plein Air competition featuring artists from around the country who are able to paint in seven parishes within Acadiana. 

Over 100 vendors from around Louisiana with diverse hand-made items from fine art to food and furniture. A special tour is included in the fee.
